TQC (Total Quality Control)of Shenzhen Top&Top Printing Packing Co.,LTD : It is to require everyone to be responsible for the quality of the product, to find quality problems in a timely manner, and to solve the problem in the birthplace. Different from ordinary enterprises, we are a manufacturer engaged in the printing ,packaging and binding of books and periodicals. According to the inertia thinking, perhaps no printer in the minds of everyone will propose such quality control application, the actual printing is indeed Doing this effort without much effort.
In fact, such advanced quality management concepts come from Japanese companies, and employees even have the power to stop the production line when they find quality problems. Because one of the concepts of total quality management is that constant quality is more important than high output.
Shenzhen printing Packing manufacturers' publications, printing and binding quality maintenance are of course more important than high output. Therefore, in the TQC, more emphasis is placed on the whole staff, that is, each employee guarantees that no processed parts with quality defects will enter the next process.
For example, the process of printing our hardcover book publications; it is assumed that every worker in the printing process can guarantee 100% of the quality-qualified printed sheets to the next process fold, that is, the workers in the folding process can be 100% after processing. Find unqualified processed parts, (assuming there is one unqualified fold), and send the remaining qualified folds (here assumed to be 114-1=113) to the lock line process; similarly, the lock line process After the processing is completed, only 108 pieces of qualified books are allowed to enter the hardcover/adhesive nails, and 5 unqualified hair books are sorted out; and so on, the final product of the hard-worked workers produces 100 qualified products.
