The focus of box packaging design is not on the material and appearance, but in printing, the photo-level printing effect makes it possible to design ideas, and the design points are as follows: .
First, the box design
The box has various types such as a square box, a machine box, and a bottom box, and the box used in cosmetics is mainly a square box. When designing the box, consider the internal contents. If it is a hose, the material can be soft and cost-effective. If it is a bottle type, not only the material should be hard, but also a design should be designed, otherwise the box is sucking. It is easy to deform when plastic packaging.
As long as the size is matched according to the size of the inner contents, the cosmetic hose can be designed according to the diagonal size to design the length and width, which can save materials and costs. Other cosmetics need to be strictly matched, and at the same time, each side should leave a gap of about 2mm.

Second, the box print design
Since the material of the box is paper, the surface can print various complicated multi-color inks, and the printing effect is better than other cosmetic packaging, so the design of the box should focus on the advantages of printing.

When designing the pattern, pay attention to the standard pantone color number, or the CMYK value, to help the printing master adjust the calibration time and shorten the tuning time. After designing the pattern on the computer, you can use the pen to measure the CMYK value of each color, which is indicated by the arrow. This is the same for the four-color overprint.
